Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

The short version: DayTapp does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data outside your device. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.

What Data DayTapp Stores

DayTapp stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data is stored using your device's local storage (AsyncStorage) and never leaves your phone.

What DayTapp Does NOT Collect

No Tracking

DayTapp does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not know who you are, what habits you track, or how often you use the app.

No Network Requests

DayTapp does not make any network requests. The app works entirely offline. There are no servers to communicate with.

Data Handling and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure local storage. Data is protected by your device's built-in security (e.g. app sandboxing, device encryption when enabled). We do not transmit, sync, or store any of your data on external servers. There is no network exposure of your habit data.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

There is no data on any server to request deletion of, because no data ever leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

DayTapp does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no age-restricted content.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page with the new date. Given the app's local-only design, significant changes are unlikely.
